Session cookies are required to complete
the subscription process. By default, cookies are enabled upon
installation of a Web browser. If you're not sure of the status
of your cookie setting please follow the steps below for your
browser.
What is a Cookie? A cookie is a small data file that a web site
transfers to your computer (more specifically, your web browser)
when you visit it. A cookie file can contain information such
as a your user ID that the web site uses to ensure a secure
logon. The only personal information a cookie can contain is
that which you supply. A cookie cannot read data off a hard
drive or read other cookie files created by other web sites.
How does Propel use the Cookie? To complete the subscription
process, Propel will send a cookie to your web browser. This
cookie will enable the Propel Accelerator subscription on your
computer.
Configure your browser to accept Cookies: Note: After you finish
the subscription process we recommend that you go back to your
original settings. If you're using a 3rd party cookie manager
please configure to allow cookies to complete the subscription
process.

1. Open the web browser and in the menu, choose the Tools option.
2. Select Internet Options.
3. Click the Privacy tab.
4. Click on Advanced.
5. Check override automatic cookie handling.
6. Check always allows session cookies.
Internet Explorer 5.0
1. Open the web browser and in the menu, choose the Tools option.
2. Select Internet Options.
3. Click the Security tab.
4. Click Internet.
5. Click Custom Level.
6. Scroll down to Cookie and enable per-session cookieNetscape 4.0
1. Choose on Edit from the top bar

4. Where it says Cookies, select Accept all cookies radio button

1. Open the web browser and in the menu, choose the Tools option.
2. Select Cookie Manager.
3. Select "Unblock Cookie from this site".
