Is Propel Accelerator properly installed?

If Propel Accelerator is installed on your computer a small blue propeller-like icon will appear in the Windows taskbar area (near the system clock).

Is Propel Accelerator active?

If Propel Accelerator is active while you are surfing the Internet, the Propel Accelerator icon will appear as opposing white arrows flashing over the propeller. Try accessing a Web site. You should see the icon arrows flash as Web pages load.

Is my Propel Accelerator subscription active?

If you have a subscription to the Propel Acceleration Service, it is very easy to verify that it is active on the computer you are using. Click on the Propel Accelerator icon (blue propeller icon near your system clock). If one of the pop-up menu items reads "Subscription Info..." it means that you have a subscription to Propel Accelerator.
