When using Propel Accelerator from Saudi Arabia there may be certain files that cannot be downloaded with Propel Accelerator enabled. As a result of local Internet restrictions in Saudi Arabia some file downloads cannot be process by the Propel Acceleration Service. If you live in Saudi Arabia and having difficulty downloading a file simply disable Propel Accelerator to download the file then enable Propel Accelerator when it has completed downloading.
